Return your items, free of charge.
Return postage is included on all orders to the UK. Please email us quoting your order number and we will send you a QR code or label to print and return to your local Hermes drop off.
We are happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 28 days.
If the fit is not perfect, return it within 28 days, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and unaltered in their original packaging including our labels and ticketing.
Christmas Returns Policy
All orders purchased between the 15th of November to the 21st of December can be returned until the 31st of January, so that you can feel comfortable purchasing your holiday gifts here.

I bought these as a spare pair of running leggings but they are so soft and so great for casual wear that I haven't actually gotten around to running in them yet! They arrived really fast in eco packaging and are lovely quality, I can definitely reccomend them.
I love the Riviera leggings & bra top. So soft and comfortable. They fit so well.

These are my new favourite leggings, I've been living in them since they arrived last week. They're super soft and really comfortable. So far I've worn them for hiking, weight training and yoga. I also had lots of compliments on the colour when I wore them to meet a friend for coffee. Would definitely recommend!
The fabric on these leggings is SO soft, they are lovely to wear. Very comfortable. They fit perfectly (I purchased my usual size - M). I would thoroughly recommend.
